Discover the Best Path for Your Pet
Guiding You Through Pet Surrender and Rehoming
Understanding Your Options
At Furry Friends, we recognize that making decisions about your pet’s future can be challenging. We offer two primary options: rehoming and surrendering. Rehoming allows you to find a new family for your pet, ensuring they remain in a loving home environment. On the other hand, surrendering your pet to our shelter provides them with professional care and the possibility of adoption through our network.
Rehome Your Pet
Rehoming your pet is a thoughtful choice that prioritizes their comfort and happiness. By keeping your pet in a home setting, you minimize stress and provide them with stability. Our collaboration with Rehome.AdoptaPet.com offers a seamless platform for listing your pet, reaching thousands of potential adopters. The process is straightforward: create a profile, list your pet, and meet potential adopters in safe, designated locations. This is done through a third-party site and is not the same as surrendering your animal to the shelter.
Surrender Your Pet
At Furry Friends, we know that giving up a pet is never easy. Our team is here to provide kind, respectful care to every animal and ensure they receive the medical attention and support they need.To help us continue this important work, we kindly request a donation when surrendering a pet:
$75 for dogs | $50 for cats | $15 per puppy or kitten in a litter
These contributions help cover the cost of care and allow us to keep helping animals in need. If you need to surrender a pet, please fill out a surrender form and schedule an appointment with our team. We’re here to support you through the process.
